BEAMINSTER - NEW BUILD

This new build is one of our current projects in Dorset. It takes place on the client’s two acre plot of land, so first we constructed a ¼ mile entrance road into the land and then began the new build with a high quality specification.

 

The main house is made from local Sherborne stone giving it a traditional and classic look. We have also included many eco-friendly features whilst building the property; MVHR (mechanical ventilation heat recovery), uprated insulation and under floor heating. This project also involved building a large cedar clad garage with storage trusses above.
